GlacialTech TCP Series thermal conductive pads' main composition is silicone elastomer, which are applied to fill the gaps between the heating and cooling elements to reduce the temperature difference. The flexibility and elasticity make them suited to the uneven surfaces to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency and life-time of the heat-generating electronic components. |
